π§ Do this β two drills + a starter
- Physiological sigh (instant calm): two inhales through the nose (a big one, then a small top-up), then a long slow exhale through the mouth. 1β3 rounds resets a racing mind. Proven to beat meditation for fast mood lift.
- Box breathing (focus under pressure): inhale 4s, hold 4s, exhale 4s, hold 4s. The drill Navy SEALs use before high-stakes moments. Do 5 rounds before you study or interview.
- Meditation starter: 10 minutes, guided (Headspace). Sit, follow the voice, and when your mind wanders β that noticing IS the rep. Youβre not failing; youβre training.
